New Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce Website Offers Easy Access to Chamber Events and Educational Opportunities

The new Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce website launched on June 1. It offers Chamber members quick, easy access to its events calendar, programs, and extensive member directory. "We wanted to use the new website as a way to give our members the most current Chamber information," says Bev Ricketts, Special Events & Communication Manager for the Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, area businesses and individuals can now register online for upcoming events and even join the Chamber right from their computers.

Terrostar worked closely with the Chamber to create a user-friendly, intuitive layout with a professional, appealing look. According to Terrostar's President, Tom Terronez, "As a member of the Bettendorf Chamber, we entered the project with our own ideas of what would make the site the most useful." The Chamber's Communications Committee offered their unique perspective and together, "we were able to launch a site with enhanced features for its visitors and a powerful content management system (CMS) for easy updating by Chamber staff members," Terronez added.

The Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce strives to be a proactive voice for area businesses. By offering quality educational and networking opportunities, the Chamber cultivates a strong business leadership that will support the success of the community overall.
