Terrostar Launches a New Website for the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation

"One is not born into the world to do everything but to do something." This quote by Thoreau graces the header of the new Hubbell-Waterman Foundation website - www.hubbellwaterman.org - and truly reflects the spirit of the organization.

The Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the Quad Cities by financially supporting areas of need in culture and the arts, early childhood education and social welfare. Terrostar® was proud to step in to help them promote their mission by developing an appealing new website for the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation.

The new website launched in mid-June. It features an engaging slide show on the home page that highlights a few of the many organizations that have benefited from Foundation monies. Latest news, contact information, and grant details are easily accessible to site visitors, as well. The site also includes multiple feedback tools that allow visitors to ask questions directly through the website.

For staff members, Terrostar® integrated a user-friendly content management system (CMS). With it, staffers can keep the website up-to-date. They can add pictures and relevant links, and manage online grant application submissions with ease. In fact, the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation has recently posted an RFP for organizations seeking assistance for those who are newly unemployed in the Quad Cities with emergency food and shelter services.
